- Vouchers are usually valid from 12 months from the date of purchase (unless otherwise stated)
- It is important to check that you use your voucher within the season it is valid for. Please bear in mind that we close/run limited hours during the winter months. Please check our website for availability.
- There will be no refund for expired vouchers.
- E-vouchers are sent by email after purchase. We advise that you print and take a copy of your voucher.
- If you require a printed voucher sent by post, please contact us by phone or email.
- Cancellations on voucher bookings will be required to book another slot within expiry of original voucher.
- Vouchers are for experiences based at Cardrona unless otherwise stated.
